The General Mohamed ould Abdel Aziz, president of the High Council of State, Head of State decorated Sunday at the presidential palace in Nouakchott, the medal of Chevalier of the National Order of Merit, Mr. Sidi Mohamed ould who Bamba recently won the title of "Emir Echouara", following a contest organized in the State of the United Arab Emirates. After the ceremony, the president of the High Council of State, Head of State accords a hear to "Emir Echouara" in the presence of the Minister of Culture and Communication, Mr. Abdallahi ould Salem El Moualla.
The decoration ceremony was attended by Colonel Adama Oumar Dia, Chief of General Staff particular the president of the High Council of State and MM. Abdallahi ould El Moualla Salem, Minister of Culture and Communication, Cheyakh ould Ely, director of Office of the President of the High Council of State, Head of State and ould Mohamed Cherif Ahmed, advisor to the Presidency.
